I have allocated the non-working time (both weekends and public holidays)
within our annual overall programme of works. This I have sitting in front of
the Gantt bars in red which is all clearly displayed within MS Project
(Standard 2003). However, when trying to view the details in the Print
Preview screen the highlighted non-working time is not visible. I have
checked all the rest of the details it also appears that the time-scale
displays all days with the exception of Wednesday each week over the period
of a year. I can therefore see the allocated vertical column when the
Saturday and Sunday (e.g.) should be highlighted, but they are not on the
print preview screen. Has anyone got any advise as I have tried everything I
can think of, including scaling the overall programme down to a quarterly
overview which then displayed the non-working time, but only for the initial
2 months of the programme (possibly a different issue). Any advice much
appreciated!
