displaying query results

I have written a query that populates a table with the
record ID number, the new position and the old position.
What i want to do is set a form with 9 boxes in it to
display the results eg. all risk ID numbers that have a
new position of 1 go into textbox1. i also need to put
arrows next to the risk ID to show if they have moved
position eg. form postion 7 to position 4.
