Displaying recipient's name in Mail list

From the advanced toolbar, choose Field Chooser. When the
list opens, drag the To choice to the gray bar that
contains the subject, date etc. Red arrows should
indicate where it can be dropped.

Currently, the list of messages in Outlook shows the
sender's name for all messages, including those that I
send. This is not useful when looking at a list of
messages sorted by project, because I send mail to a
number of people on similar topics for the same project.
I can assume that everything in my inbox is either to me
or from me, so I would like to show the recipient's name
for mail messages that I send, but the sender's name for
messages that I receive. This is the default for Eudora,
and I hope that Outlook also has this functionality.
Suggestions?

I understand about arranging by "To" but that's not what I'm looking for. I would like to look at a list of messages arranged by date, and see them identified by the other party's name - that is, the recipient's name if I'm the sender, or the sender's name if I'm the recipient. This is extremely helpful in following the sequence of emails involving groups of people who may not be using consistent subject lines (arranging by the "To" or "From" header doesn't do this). Not having this ability has been my major gripe in switching from Eudora to Outlook.
