Displaying remaining work under task usage

Under Microsoft Project Online Help, I found:

Remaining Work = Work - Actual Work
Best Uses Add the Remaining Work field to the
timephased portion of the Task Usage or Resource Usage
view when you want to edit, display, or filter for
remaining work information.

Question: How do you add the remaining work to the
timephased portion of the Task Usage view. I tried right
clicking on this portion of the view, but I could only
add fields like: Actual Work, Cumulative, Work, Baseline
Work. I couldn't get access to "Remaining Work" as an
option to display.

The online help article is incorrect. As you have already determined, you
cannot add the Remaining Work field to the timephased grid in either the
Task Usage or Resource Usage views. The article should have corrected
stated, "Add the Remaining Work field to the table portion of the Task Usage
or Resource Usage view..." Hope this helps.
