Displaying Report Data

Is there a way to show just the entries that make up my grand total dollar
amount and quantity column and not all 200 entries?

How do I get a count of the clients that have received repairs or not when
I've used the yes/no format in my table?

It all starts with the data ... and you haven't described how your data is
structured.

We aren't there. We can't see what you've done. More specific description
may lead to more specific suggestions.

Like I said, too new to Access. Anyway, I have 11 items on this report for
testing purposes.
1:
Column headings are as follows:
ClientID Voucher Date Voucher Number ReimbureseAmount NumberofVouchers

5 of the entries have $ amounts in the ReimburseAmount column and a
quantity in the NumberofVouchers column.

I get the grand totals just fine but, all the entries are displayed on the
report whether there is data or not. How do I print the report to show only
the data that make up the grand totals and not the unpopulated fields?

For example: Rows 1, 2, 5, 10 & 11 have data but rows 3, 4, 6, 7, 8 & 9
don't and they show up on my report as blank lines.

2:
Report # 2 has several columns but I need to keep a count of the number of
Repairs Requested and RepairsCompleted and both columns are Yes/No check
boxes. How do I count Yes/No boxes and only display the populated checked
boxes that make up the total?

Create a query that only returns the rows you want to see.

Base the report on that query.
