Displaying the history of a file

I had seen (on a friend’s computer) where you could
display the complete history of a file by doing a right-
mouse click on the file name (when listing the directory
contents by DETAILS).

I have not been able to find how to enable this feature on
my computer.

Does anyone know how I can enable this feature?
