Displaying Top Items in a Pivot Table

I am trying to produce a Pivot Table that shows deliveries from state to
state. There are three fields: Origin State, Destination State, and
Deliveries.

Thus far I have been able to produce the Pivot Table with Origin State, and
Destination State as row fields, showing Deliveries as data. I've sorted each
field in descending order based on Deliveries. I would like to show only the
top 5 Destination States for each Origin State.

Pivot Table filtering offers the option to display the top 5 items based on
the Deliveries. However, it selects the top 5 Destination States based on all
Deliveries rather than the Deliveries for each specific Origin State.

For example....

The top 5 Destination States for the Origin State "NY" are IL, TX, PA, AZ, FL.
If the top 5 Destination States for all Deliveries are TX, FL, CL, NV, NM
then the only results that are shown for NY are TX, and FL

How can I correct this?

I've tried transferring the table to Excel. For some reason when I transfer
the Pivot Table to Excel the "Top 5" feature works fine, however the hidden
items are then excluded from the subtotals despite the fact that I've
selected the "Subtotal Hidden Page Items" box in Table Options.
