displaying web image in Word from URL variable in Excel.

I am using a variable from Excel that contains a hyperlink. Word is pasting
the actual hyperlink in Word.
My goal is to actually have the image displayed in the Word document, not
the hyperlink text.
How do I tell Word to go grab the image and display, not show the actual
hyperlink address in the document.
