Displaying who messages are sent To

Hello,

I created a new email account in Outlook, server type is IMAP. The
folder sent messages are saved to is called 'Sent'. When I first opened
it, it displayed all the messages from me. I changed the field to show
who they are sent 'To'. My problem is it won't show who the messages
are 'To' unless I open the message. I have over 6,000 messages,
wondering if there is a faster way to do this?

If what Diane suggests doesn't work, please open Outlook with the /cleanviews
switch to see if that helps:

No, it didn't. When I added the 'To' field, all the 'To' fields were
blank, but Subject, Received, Size, etc. are fine.

Hi Diane,

Will this work for folders on an IMAP server? The Sent folder I am
referring to is on the IMAP server, not in the Personal Folders area.
(I created a rule to save messages in the Sent folder on the IMAP
server)
