disply norton anti spam tool bar on outlook

I have lost the norton anti spam tool bar on my outlook and cannot find where
to get it back or how. Can anyone help me as I am new to oulook. I did have
it up but somehow it dissappeared

Version of outlook? Have you checked Help, About, disabled addins to see if
it was disabled?
