Hello all-
I have Microsoft Outlook 2003 Small Business Edition handling all of my
email. I have 3 different email addresses that I receive messages from, 2 of
which are forwarded into my main account. I only am receiving messages in
Outlook from the one source. The problem arises when I have to clean out
space in my main account. I receive a good amount of mail that has large
(<2MB) attachments with AutoCAD drawings and such, and my main email account
is set up for 50 MB max storage. This means I have to clean out my main
account every two weeks or so. After I do this, all of the saved messages in
my inbox inside of Outlook disappears. I am assuming there is some setting
that is synching the inbox with my server inbox (thereby deleting the old
messages), but I have looked around in the settings and have found nothing.
Can anyone help?
thanks,
-Matt
