Distorted and misaligned objects in Visio 2000 cross functional fl

When we prepare a swimlane diagram using the Cross functional flow chart in
visio 2000, after we save and open the file again, the entire objects in the
diagram fall down to the bottom of the page and we need to drag and set each
of the objects and re-arrange the entire swimlane diagram.

Can some one help providing a solution to this problem.

Please let me know if you require any additional information on this problem.
