Yes, I know there has been a previous post about this, but to me the
resolution in that post seems to be a "work around".
The case is as follows:
A user (alfa) inserts a chart in word or powerpoint (Off2003). In
chart-editing mode, everyting looks fine. fonttype in chart is Arial.
When (alfa) enters word-editing mode, the font changes and gets distorted.
Letters overlap each other.
If (alfa) sends me a word-file with a distorted chart, it looks distorted on
my computer as long as i only open the file to view it.
If I resize, og edit the chart in any way, it instantly appears correct, and
stays that way.
I know from a previous case that if the etire user profile is reset, this
behavior in charts is resolved. However, resetting the profile is not what i
want to do. And (alfa) is not interested in editing default behavior in every
chart.
Therefore: I want to find the exact cause of the problem.
Simular users to (alfa) do not experience this problem. so somthing differs
from (alfa) to other users. I need help to find out what to look for.
Registry?
Templates? ( standard templates... only normal.dot differs. and i have
removed that, without any luck)
Fonts? (should not be a problem, since the problem occurs within a citrix
farm)
Printer drivers?
(It became a long post, sorry.)
