distorted pictures when printing .pub docs.

I have users who would print to an HP color 4600 series printer with numerous
photos. Many times one photo will be printed distorted (more like unclear
and viewable pixels). I initially thought it was printer related so I
re-installed different print drivers. Not the case. I've done detect and
repair for pub. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. Same thing still happens.
I've also found that if the picture comes out bad, reinserting the picture
off the file server I'll 99% of the time get a good clean picture. The only
thing left is to have the users resize their pictures but I'm not to certain
on that. Please give me any info. Thanks.

Resizing bitmaps is always better done in an editing program. The distortion
could be due to resizing, especially if the image is manually resized larger.
