Distributable for older Windows versions

I have Access 2003 + Developer Extensions & Visual Studio Tools for Office.
Is there any way I can generate a distributable version of an Access
database that will run on pre-XP Windows??

By creating a runtime distribution package you will not need Access 2003 on
the target computer anad should work with WIndows 200/XP/2003. Check you
Developer Extensions documentation as I believe it will also run on 98/Me
with some restrictions - but check.
