Distribute company-wide style change

Our company has a desire to update over 100 employee computers with a style
change in Word. I'm asking what is the best way to accomplish this?
Programmatically or some other way?

I can write programming to accomplish this on one computer, but I not aware
of a way to distribute it to other computers. What other options might be
better to consider? Thanks!
