Distribute Custom Settings

I am an IT teacher and I want to distribute a set of custom tooldar and
menu settings to my students.

This needs to be on a per lesson basis so it has to be a managable
process and cannot involve changing the default settings for the whole
network or logging in to each student account separately.

Any ideas?
