Distributing forms to users in other networks

Hi

I have a form (with file attachements) that I need to make available (read
only if necessary) to people on other networks. I'm using Infopath 2007 and
Outlook 2003. The form is in MOSS and has a workflow to send it to relevant
users.

I had it working in infopath 2003 where the form was sent as the body of the
email but I cant recreate this and I'm not sure if it retained the attached
files.

I have tried to install the form on other users domains but am faced with
trust issues.

Can any one help me - it seems this should be basic functionality since
infopath is so powerful at sharing information
