Distributing Forms

I am attempting to distribute a form to a computer outside our network. I have saved the form to a floppy and 'published' it to the client's personal forms library on their pc. When the form is sent, however, they do not see the form, just a blank email

The original form is sent from a Organisational Library through the internet

How can I get the form to display properly on remote clients

Make sure the form uses the same message classes both locations, Also check
the properties of the recipient's underlined address and try sending with
rich text marked.
