Distributing html-signatures

Hi I would like to make a new signature for my colleagues every day. They can
then choose weather they want to use it or not.
But I cannot find an easy way to send a signature to someone else, and be
certain that it will work.
Some people use Word as mail editor, others use Outlook. When they cut and
paste the new signature, all sorts of strange things happen: Fonts change,
links change or pictures change.
Curiously, some of my colleagueshave no problems at all :)
Is there a way to include a file or set up a server side include for
html-sigs?

Thanks!

If you are creating a standard signature for everyone to use - or at least
some of it is standard then I would create a signature template stored on
the network where everyone can access it and decide if they want to use it
or not.
