distribution group,not received by all recipients

The dean at the university i work at has a distribution
group with 14 members and 2 or 3 of them never receive the
email. There arent any typo's or anything like that and we
cant figure out why this is happening? We are using
outlook 2003 with exchange server 2003....thanks for the
help!
