Distribution list appear to be recognized as an email address

I posted this question and received an email that a community member
responded. I tied the link on the email and the page was blank. Here I post
my problem again.

I select a distribution list and post it in "to: filed" where I can confirm
that the list shows all the addresses in the DL. When it is mailed out,
however, the DL appears to be recognized as a single address, obviously in a
wrong format, rather than a list of addresses. I use a 2007 Korean version
outlook. Thank you in advance for your help.

Use a read newsreader instead of the web interface and you won't have this
problem any more.

Is the DL from the Global Address List provided by Exchange, or from your own
Contacts folder?

Thank you for your response, Brian.
I am glad that I can finally get to your response, although it took a while,
in fact, more than an hour to actually find it out.

I created the DL myself and have been using the list without any problem for
more thatn several years. It was about two weeks ago when I realized that it
soes not work as it used to. I don't remember doing anything wrong or
different from what I have done.
I created a new DL and it ended up the same result: I double clicked the
'to: filed'(recipient address column) to bring up the newly created DL in the
address book. Double clicked it to move to 'to: field' on an email. The DL
was demonstrated in block letter on the to: field with + sign in front of it.
I double clicked it to verify and all the email addresses in the DL was
listed. When I sent it out, however, I got the email bounced with an error
message. I presume the outlook program obviously tried read it as an address,
as it shows in normal email address format on the to: field in the 'sent'
copy of the email, and further, when you click it, it shows all these wierd
characters.

For your reference, the same DL's on my home computer which is a copy that I
transfered from my office computer (the DL on which does not work) still work
fine.

What is the error text?

Sorry for being late to get back. I am just back from my business trip.

Again, not in exact in English, the following is what the error message says:
------------------
Message was not delivered to part of all of the recipients.

Title: xxxx
Date: xxxx

Not deliverable to the following recipeients.

"DL Group Name" 2009-8-24 10:37 am
Wrong recipients
--------------

On the to: field of the copy on the 'sent out' folder,

I read, "=?ks_c_560......==?=", which I assume that the program recognized
the DL name as a regular email address ather than a DL group name.
