When editing a Distribution list, there are 3 icons in the "Actions" section.
Save & Close, Send, and Delete.
The problem is when editing a distribution list, you commonly have a large
list of contacts you have added to this list displayed below these icons. If
you want to remove a single or multiple entries, you must select each
individual user and press the "Remove" button.
However, if you mistakenly press the Delete button instead, it deletes THE
ENTIRE distribution list - without any warning!
It's something I have still not committed to memory - that the "Remove"
button is different then the "Delete" button - so I've lost my distribution
lists multiple times. A simple "Are you sure you want to delete this
distribution list" pop up window would help save plenty of headache!
