distribution list internal support function an error

When sending a message to a distirbuiton list from our network contacts I
receive this error " Internal support function return an error". I used to
be able to use this list an dhave not changed any settings on my computer. I
am able to use the distribution list from my personal contacts and individual
names from the network contacts.
