distribution list multiple emails to each contact

I am using an exchange server from both my home computer and a laptop
computer. I have individual contacts in a standard distribution list (aboiut
45 contacts) - Whenever I email to the distribution list, each contact
receives 12 of the same email! My server adminitsrator cannot seem to figure
this out. It happens when I send an email to the distribution list from
EITHER computer.
