I am using outlook and win 2000.
We have a public address book (800 entries) with a number
of distribution lists (15).
I recently added a new contact called AA BB but when I try
to add it to a distribution list it is not listed as AA
BB, but just BB (AA has been dropped????) If I take the
space away and make it AABB it is fine, but the space is
quite important and we have a number of other contacts
with a similar structure and it works fine.
I have tried deleting it, as well as copying an old one
but it doesn't work.
Any advice?
