My husband's computer at work runs Outlook 2000. He has a
email list in Excel that he wanted to make a distribution
list from. Unfortunately he does not have the Outlook
discs so he cannot use the export feature (the files were
not installed on the machine.) I have Outlook 2003 on my
machine and copied the emails to the body of an email and
sent to him thinking that he could use the copy feature.
Outlook 2000 does not have the same copy feature (I
followed the help file instructions for creating a
distribution list, copying names from an email message.
Is there a way to copy these to the distribution list
without doing it one by one in Outlook 2000?
Thank you
