Distribution list

We want to send out an announcement to all our clients announcing our new
office address and info. Our clients contact information needs to remain
confidential. Is there a way to send an email to a distribution list and
hide the other email addresses from each receipient. We have over 400
clients, it would be quite a job to send 400 individual emails. Please
advise.
