How do I move a distribution list to a shared global address book?

Are you sure that this to do with *OneNote* (for which this NG
exists)???
Seems that it would rather be a question on *Outlook*.
If so,pls ask in the proper Outlook group.

Although some in this group use Outlook too, you easier and faster get
an answer when asking the specialists.
