Hello everybody,
I need to create automatic distribution list in Outlook based on
category. It means - when I insert/update any contacts in the contact
folder and assign any category to the contact, I don't want to update
the distribution lists based on the categories. I want to simple write
for example "personal" in the "TO:" address field and expect, that
every contact with "personal" category assigned will be used.
I read a lot about the copy and paste method, about filtering the view
for this category, about choosing the category subfolder and then
sending emails. This is "a lot of work". I want jsut type personal and
sending e-mail.
Is there any suggestions?
