Distribution Lists - Update to New Members not picked

Using Outlook 2003 for webmail. Typed distribution lists, then when insert
in email, they are different members. So went back to list and saw they were
right members, so clicked Update Now and a totally new list of members for
that distribution list came up. I did not pick those members, most of them
were wrong! HELP!

This is happening with all my distribution lists, they are all sending out
to wrong contacts.
