Distribution Lists

Tried to post this already but think it hit a problem.

I share a contacts folder using NetFolders. For contacts
I have no problems but I do with distribution lists. If I
amend a list it sends out a new list with the same name so
everyone has two copies. I can delete the list and
recreate it but then they have to open the group, click
Update Now and repair it before it works.

Any ideas on how I can get this to work better?

Oh, I use Outlook 2000 in Internet only mode.
