I need to send an email to over 1300 seperate email
addresses. Is it possible to have just the name of the
group vs. all 1300 names in the "To" box?

There may be a better way to do this, but you can enter
all of the addresses as Bcc and that should take care of
the issue. You just have to make sure you put somethng in
the To: field.
