distribution lists

I use multipal Distribution lists. Has anyone had problems having
Distribution lists inside other Distribution lists. Example you have one
list that is High School Teachers and the other is College Teachers; and you
build a third that is Teachers that lists both the High School and College in
it. I tried it does not go out to the "sub lists". Any ideas?

Most savvy users have abandoned DL's long ago. They hardly ever worked under
normal circumstances, let alone triply nested. Solutions are not forthcoming
from Microsoft. They appear to have abandoned DL's as well.
Most users look to Categories or Contact subfolders to group Contacts.
