BIG PROBLEM!
I have faulted over sending mass (2,000) recipients emails when the
identifies of the receivers should not have been made known to the other
recipents. I know that using the bcc address line prevents others in the
distribution from seeing the other addressees. However, I have sometimes
lost my concentration and put addressees in the TO or CC lines. Tremendous
aggravation at work! They might fire me.
Question #1: If I create a distribution list and use it in the TO or CC
lines, do all addressees see the other addressees?
Question #2: If the answer to question #1 is affirmative, is there a way for
me to set up Outlook so that niether the TO or CC addressee bars are not
enabled?
Question #3: Does anyone have any other solution?
HELP! Thanks.
