Distribution Lists

I'm trying to create a distribution list in Outlook 2007. The problem is that
when I go to "select members" the default address book is an ACT address book
that I also use. I wnat the default to be my contacts in Outlook and not ACT.
How do I correct this?

If I use the drop down arrow under "Address Book" I can see my contacts,
but when I go to select a name the program "skips" back to the ACT list.

Help!

Unfortunately, there does not seem to be an appropriate place in which to
select a source (either ACT or Outlook Contacts).
