Distribution of start of tasks to project team

Hi,

I'd like to know if any body knows how to do this:

I 'd like to distribute a sheet to individual members of the project team
that includes their name and the tasks they have to complete for the day as
well as for the entire week.

So the "report" would show their name and the task name. Then it would show
the start (includes date and hour), duration and finish date and time and a
column that shows progress and another that shows "Complete?". Thank you in
advance.

In the Resource Usage View, add the desired columns. Change the date format
for all dates (Tools/Options/General tab). You can then use auto filter to
select appropriate dates for "Start" and "Finish." In order for this to be
singled out by name, you will have to collapse the other names so thier
tasks do not show. You report will show "Fred, Barney and Wilma" closed up,
but Betty will have her tasks listed as expanded.

Hi Jim,

So, once I follow the steps below, which report would I chose?
I'm thinking that whatever report it is, it would be based on the
way the Resource Usage view looks correct?
