Distro and Calendar info

If a user creates a distribution list from their GAL, and then creates a
meeting using the people in the distro they are able to see free/busy info.
However anyone in the distro that was invited to the meeting can not see any
free/busy info. (All attendees are on the same exchange box)

Does this make sense? Should the attendees be able to see free/busy info or
would they too need to have a copy of this distribution list in their
contacts?
