Please help, i'm using windows 2007 on my private PC as well as on my work PC
and would like to know how to divert all my incoming mails from my private PC
to my work e-mail address

If your personal web mail has an option to forward then do so.
Or in your unknown mail application create a rule to forward mail
Or possibly if you are able configure your unknown work email app to also
connect with your personal mail account
