#DIVI/0 issue

I have using the following formula in column Y.
=IF(X26="","",IF(X26<>0,X26/P26,IF(X26=0,"-")))

If P26 is zero I need the percent in column Y to show at 100%, but I can't
seem to get that if statement to right. Any ideas?

=IF(X26="","",IF(P26=0,1,IF(X26=0,"-",X26/P26)))

I'm assuming you already have the cell formatted as percentage.
