Divider help!!

Hi there,

I have never had to use Visio before and my boss wants me to update an org
chart. I have been trying for 3 hours now and I cannot figure out how to
remove the divider line or at least have it give me more than one line before
it inserts the divider. I tried the help menu and its telling me to click
options on the Organizational chart menu. I can't find that either! Can
someone please save me?!?!

Was the Org Chart created in a different version of Visio that you are
trying to edit it with?

If it's Visio 2003, try selecting the box, right clicking for the shortcut
menu and then select Hide Divider line.
