"dividing lines" in postcard template

Hi,

Does anyone know how to create those really nice "dividing lines" that can be found in the Pelentesque post card template's second page?

I want to create my own blank postcard template, but cannot figure out how. I need to have those dividing lines so that I know where to place things. I have no idea how they designed the other postcard template without them.

Any ideas?

Where did this Pelentesque postcard template come from? What version of
Word are you using? What OS?
