Using Outlook 2000........
Found that in order to properly see who's responded to meeting
requests when the meeting request was sent to a Distribution List, you
need to first expand the list before sending.
Ok great.
Problem is if whoever booked the meeting wants to update it again
later (say awhile later), that list may no longer be valid as the
original DL might have changed in the interim. Also, how is the person
who booked the meeting (other than memory recollection) supposed to
know to what DL it was originally sent?
Any help appreciated.
Finally, a quick test in Outlook 2002 shows that meeting responses
process properly without having to expand the DL. Can someone confirm?
Thx,
James
