DLCJtime.dll missing Office must close

When I boot I get an error message saying that Office (2007) must close -
send report to Microsoft. After that I get a RUNDLL message 'Error loading
\3\DLCJtime.dll The specified module could not be found.'

Once I close that message everything seems to be working properly until the
next time that I shut down and reboot. I get the same set of error messages
every time.

I am running under XP SP2.

I have since learned that the DLCJtime.dll error is related to a Dell printer
registry issue and they have posted a fix at the Dell Groups site.
