.dll error

I have a client who was recently upgraded to office xp.
All of the clients applications work fine with the
exception of access. Every time she clicks on a any
template to create a database she cannot finish the
problem due to a dll error, cannot complete the database.
Now I do not know what dll error specifically it is but
the regitry is not giving me any info.
Can someone please help..

Have your client write down the EXACT error message and send it to you.
Google on the important parts of it and see what you find. Also, repost with
the EXACT error message she's receiving.

Has your client tried to reinstall XP? Did she shut down all other programs
when attempting to install (Outlook, Word, etc)?
