Spoke with Gateway tech they said Outlook is corrupted.
Specifically, the '.dll' files(s) are missing and/or
corrupted. I cannot get the system to a point where I
can load the system restore disc, apparently there is
spyware on my system as well. That is a separate issue I
am working.
