.dll files related to ole objects and command buttons

With the conversion from NT to XP we're having random
instances where command buttons and ole objects on
switchboards used to open databases or database objects
fail to work with the following error message: The
expression on click you entered as the event property
setting produced the following error. Error on
loading .dll file. When a network administrator signs on
the PC and attempts to open a database, a file or files
are loading from our network install area and everything
works fine. What files are missing?
