DLL issue

When I try to record a macro in Project 2002, I keep getting this message: "Error in loading DLL"

Admittedly, I'm a newbie to recording macros or VBA - any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like the installation of Project (or maybe something inside of
Windows) is flawed. The easiest way to resolve is to re-install
Project. This will replace files, registry settings, and whatever else
needed to give you the right setup. If this doesn't work, then it might
be related to the Windows system being flawed ... for that there is a
way to do a "repair". Search Windows Help for "repair" and find the
article "Repair Overview".
