dll load error

MS Outlook died with a fatal error. I deleted MS Office, reinstalled, but get
a DLL Load window upon boot, which says "IOCTL_SETPORT could not be found".
Outlook still won't load, can't find reference to this error message
anywhere, including registry, and an app (United Devices) can't communicate
with its server. Where do I go to fix this prob? Thanks

Delete the ViPrt.sys from the \system32\drivers\ directory. Leave it in the Recycle bin and test. If it solves the problem then delete from recycle bin. If not then you can return it to it's original location.
