Do forms communicate with the product page for a total & payment?

Working on a web page through publisher. HAs anyone used this that can
provide information on if a page that lists product communicates with the
forms page. The forms page lists the prouct the customer chooses and the
price, subtotal, tax, shipping charge etc.
